On Number 12 they ask you to find the fixed point about which a rotation occurs is called the?

The answer is Orgin because it tells you how to rotate the shape. It is located in (0,0). You just move it around the orgin how much they tell you to. For example if its 90 degrees you move the shape 90 degrees clockwise or counterclockwise around the orgin.
