Well if you look at the coordinate grid quadrant one has the positive and positive numbers on it,quadrant two has the negative and positive numbers on it,quadrant three has the negative and negative numbers on it and quadrant four has the positive and negative numbers on it.So the answer to 10 is quadrant four because quadrant four has the positive and negative numbers on it.
This is a game that might help you on plotting point on a coordinate grid.
