percent, decimal, fractions

































percent is out of 100
this % also means percent making it out of 100 too.
Decimal is out of 1.
Fractions are out of any whole number.
Equivalent Fractions are when the fractions, decimals, and percentage are all equal to each other.
To figure out what the percentage in the decimal point is you have to take the number on the top divide by 100 then do the same to the bottom .
