Annie has been asked to calculate 1.7+6÷2 she claims the is 3.85. Do you agree? Why or why not.

I don't think the answer is 3.85 because if you use bedmas the answer is 4.7 my proof:
1.7+6÷2
6÷2=3
1.7+3
4.7
She used a calculator so she put 1.7+6÷2=3.85

3x2.8+6.4÷4 i think the brackets go in between go the (6.4÷4) because when you do bedmas to answer it, it makes 10
